Luke Farley

Republican Candidate for
N.C. Labor Commissioner

Endorsed by Cherie Berry

"Conservative. Proven Fighter. Political Outsider."

Luke Farley is a Christian, husband, father, conservative, and patriot. He grew up in North Carolina, went to school here, and is raising his family here. He’s running for Labor Commissioner to protect workers and small businesses and will fight to make North Carolina the safest place to work and the best place to do business in the country.

He's not a career politician, and he hasn’t spent years in government. Luke’s priorities are what best serves the workforce of North Carolina, not the special interests of the political class. He'll fight every day for free enterprise, common sense regulation, and cutting red tape.

Luke has spent his entire thirteen-year career in the private sector as a lawyer that helps small businesses fight the Federal OSHA bureaucracy. Luke has seen the impact on workers when safety regulations aren't followed. He's also sat down with small business owners who faced financial ruin over an unfair citation. Luke knows how high the stakes can be on both sides. He’s ready to put that experience to work for the people of North Carolina.

Luke grew up in Onslow County and now lives in Raleigh with his wife of ten years and two young boys. He's a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University School of Law.

Over the last twenty years, Luke is proud to have supported and volunteered for conservative causes and candidates throughout the state and put his legal training to work for our Republican Party. He wants to help make North Carolina as great for his sons as it has been for him. He promises to be a fighter for all North Carolinians to make the Old North State the best it can be for our families, workers, and businesses.
